TRIVE, a subsidiary of Triputra Group, is visioned to contributing to Nation's Energy Sustainability for Better Tomorrow. Currently managing four business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Corporate Planning Supervisor, responsible for leading strategic planning and business performance review processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the full strategic management cycle (formulation, deployment, and review) using the PDCA approach
✅ Lead and coordinate the PDCA Committee across TRIVE
✅ Prepare and manage board review materials, and deliver structured analysis on business performance
✅ Collaborate with Finance and other functions to develop business performance reports
Kualifikasi
🔹 Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Management, Business, or related
🔹 Experience in managing PDCA or strategic planning cycles
🔹 Experience in leading cross-functional or indirect teams for performance management
🔹 Detail-oriented, compliant, and meticulous in managing business processes
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially executive-level presentations
🔹 Familiar with Balanced Scorecard; experience in SOP development is a plus
