- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group
- Develop financial models for business initiatives and investments
- Coordinate the annual strategy cycle with subholdings & affiliates
- Lead and drive cross-department strategic projects with clear delivery and measurable outcomes
- Create dashboards, insights, KPIs, and business cases for the C-Suite and Board
- Act as a finance sparring partner for the CEO, CFO, and business leaders
Kualifikasi
- Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience combining FP&A, Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Project Leadership.
- Technical Skills: Strong, rigorous financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Leadership & Influence: Excellent cross-functional influence and communication skills. Must be fluent in English and confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Execution: Structured project manager with a proven track record of end-to-end execution and delivering results.
- Personality: Business-savvy, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Potential: Demonstrates a clear leadership growth path toward a future CFO role.
