What You Will Do:
- Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and risk identification
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Represent the company in security and maintain the company's interest from all legal risk
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Ensure any agreement made by company is accordance with the laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Provide legal analysis according to the needs of the company
- Control expired date of agreement and process renewal
- Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably concentrated on Corporate Law)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position (legal) preferably in IT Consultant company or Law firm
- Having strong knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
