Reponsibilities:
- Manage, handle, and administer all Company's License, Permit, and Local Criminal Cases.
- Drafting and reviewing various type of legal documents.
- Provide support in manage and handle strategic legal aspects of the company.
- Manage, handle, and administer Company's Intellectual Property Rights
- Support Human Capital Department in Industrial Relation aspects
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Min. 3 years of working experience in the same field
- Have comprehensive understanding regarding Company Law & Employment Law
- Understanding license & permit-related regulations
- Intermediate competencies in legal drafting
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Good in legal analysis and critical thinking skill
- Good in administration, communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
