The Account Executive for Corporate Wellness Programs is responsible for promoting and selling Sirka Clinic’s comprehensive wellness packages to corporate clients. This individual will act as the primary liaison between Sirka and businesses seeking to enhance their employee wellness offerings. The role demands a blend of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and an understanding of health and wellness principles.
Corporate Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for expanding Sirka’s corporate wellness offerings.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value and benefits of Sirka Clinic’s wellness programs to prospective corporate clients.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific health and wellness needs of each corporate client, emphasizing the impact on employee health, productivity, and overall corporate wellbeing.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, updates on program offerings, and prompt resolution of any issues.
Program Implementation and Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sirka’s clinical and wellness teams to tailor and implement wellness programs that align with client objectives and expectations.
- Coordinate logistics for program rollout, including scheduling of health screenings, wellness workshops, and ongoing support services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, clinical, and operational teams within Sirka to ensure a cohesive approach to corporate wellness solutions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies aimed at promoting Sirka’s wellness programs to a corporate audience.
Revenue and Growth Targets:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to Sirka’s revenue growth and market expansion in the corporate wellness sector.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing corporate accounts to maximize client engagement and revenue potential.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or corporate services sectors.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles and their application within a corporate context.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
