Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Research and develop a deep understanding of the company's funding needs
Prepare funding documentation requirements and obtain company’s funding facility
Negotiate with banks or other lenders to finalize lending terms such as interest rates, loan, duration, financial & negative covenants
Manage and maintain records of all funding secured, including funder contact information, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Monitor and optimize interest rate movement
Maintain relation with investor & bank
Prepare Macro Economic Review

Kualifikasi

Have a minimum bachelor's degree in Banking Finance, Accounting, Management, or related major
Have a minimum 5 years' experience in funding
Experience in financial analysis or underwriting role
Strong in business writing and verbal communication skills
