Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of purchase requests and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain vendor database and track procurement expenses.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and expense recording.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial documents and reports.
  • Manage filing and documentation for all financial records.
  • COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Calculation
  • Collect and analyze data related to product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of COGS in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Provide cost analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing pricing models for products and services.
  • Support the finance manager in evaluating pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Monitor market changes and provide input on pricing adjustments.
  • Prepare regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement process, basic accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with COGS calculation and pricing analysis is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is an advantage).
