- Identifying and Evaluating Opportunities
Analyze market trends, identify potential acquisition targets, and assess the strategic fit of these opportunities with the company's overall goals.
- Developing Strategic Partnerships
Build relationships and negotiate agreements with external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
- Internal Optimization
Initiate streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Business Performance Analysis
Analyze internal and external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Strategic Planning
Support the development, refinement and execution of the company’s medium to long term strategic plan
Lead cross functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestone and KPIs
- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with C-Level executives, function leaders and external advisors
Prepare high-quality materials for Board and senior management discussion
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor of Finance / Accounting / Engineering or related field, Master Degree is a plus
- Min. 8 years experiences in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking or advisory / consulting background
- Fluent in Mandarin both writing & orally
- Proven track record of managing complex financial projects, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a dynamic business environment
- Market Research and competitive analysis is crucial for identifying opportunities and understanding the landscape.
- Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to senior management to achieve organizational objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong financial analysis skills including the ability to interpret financial statements, financial modelling, analyze key performance indicators
- Proficiency in financial planning & forecasting, budgeting, and capital budget techniques
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies
