- Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time to support corporate development and decision-making.
- Issue customer invoices and submit required documents to regulators.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and accounts-receivable aging reports.
- Update monthly financial metrics and actual-vs-budget reports.
- Support ad-hoc financial data requests and assist in preparing the annual budget.
- Help compile data and presentation materials for investors and internal stakeholders.
- Summarize key terms from commercial agreements.
- Organize and maintain corporate documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
