About The Role

Corporate communication plays a pivotal role in shaping how Tentang Anak is perceived — by parents, partners, media, and future talent.

As Corporate Communication Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Tentang Anak’s corporate reputation and public narrative. This role focuses on building trust, strengthening leadership visibility, managing public perception, and preparing the organization to navigate high-stakes communication moments.

You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, manage media relationships, and ensure consistent corporate messaging across internal and external audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, calm under pressure, and highly resourceful — someone who enjoys shaping narratives, managing complex situations, and building long-term corporate credibility in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Own

Corporate Reputation & Narrative Strategy

  • Develop and maintain long-term corporate reputation roadmap, including narrative themes, sentiment goals, and media share-of-voice targets
  • Define corporate messaging framework and communication guidelines across audiences
  • Lead corporate announcements, leadership messaging, and company positioning
  • Ensure consistency of corporate storytelling across platforms and stakeholders

Media Relations & Public Exposure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national, industry, and strategic media outlets
  • Secure meaningful media exposure aligned with Tentang Anak’s narrative and growth priorities
  • Manage press releases, media briefings, interviews, and public communications
  • Monitor media coverage and proactively shape public perception

Crisis & Issue Management

  • Build crisis communication playbook, SOP, and issue escalation framework
  • Conduct proactive social listening and identify early reputational risks
  • Develop response strategies and manage communication during sensitive situations
  • Act as strategic advisor to CEO and leadership team during high-risk or high-visibility moments

Founder & Leadership Thought Leadership

  • Drive founder and leadership visibility through thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop content themes, positioning, and posting cadence
  • Support leadership in public speaking, interviews, and external communications
  • Strengthen leadership credibility and industry positioning

Corporate Social Media & Content

  • Own corporate social media strategy and messaging
  • Develop professional, informative, and authoritative corporate storytelling
  • Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across corporate content

Internal Communications & Employer Branding

  • Drive internal communication strategy and leadership messaging
  • Build internal storytelling to strengthen culture and alignment
  • Partner with People & Talent teams to develop employer branding initiatives
  • Support talent attraction and retention through strong corporate narrative

  • Clear and consistent corporate narrative across internal and external audiences
  • Strong and positive media presence with improved sentiment and share-of-voice
  • Well-established crisis communication framework and rapid response capability
  • Increased founder and leadership visibility in relevant industry conversations

  • Proactive issue management with minimized reputational risks

Kualifikasi

You’re a Fit If You

  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Reputation Management
  • Proven experience handling high-stakes communication and issues management
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into compelling narratives
  • Excellent copywriting, messaging, and storytelling skills across audiences
  • Experience building media relationships and securing meaningful exposure
  • Calm under pressure with strong judgement and decision-making ability
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience in fast-growing companies, startups, or high-visibility industries is a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
