Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Content Creation – developing and producing high-quality copy for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to campaigns, advertisement collaterals, brochures, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, etc. and ensuring all written contents aligns with brand’s tone, style and messaging guidelines.
  • Conceptualization through collaborating with creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and projects, as well as translating creative concepts and ideas into effective written content that captures the essence of the campaign.
  • Market Understanding by way of staying updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to tailor copy that resonates with target audiences, and staying updated with industry best practices as well as emerging trends in copywriting and marketing to continuously improve skills and stay relevant.
  • Editing and proofreading by reviewing and editing copies to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines and also collaborating with creative manager and other relevant team members / stakeholders to maintain consistent, error-free written content.
  • Project collaboration by way of working closely with designers and other team members to ensure written content complements visual elements of the project.
  • Adherence to timeline while managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously – ensuring delivery of high-quality copies on time in full
  • Collaborate and receive feedback from Creative manager, peers, clients, and implement revisions effectively, as well as with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and align copy with project / campaign goals / objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (English, Marketing, Communication) is a plus point
  • Min. 3 years of copywriting work through a variety of portfolio of writing style
  • Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of copywriting styles and projects
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and style guides
  • Creative thinking and idea generation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with best SEO practices and ability to incorporate keywords strategically is a plus
  • Proficiency with writing tools and software
  • Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills
