Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source, negotiate, and manage static and dynamic contracts with hotels and accommodation
- partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, hotel groups, and chains.
- Act as the main point of contact for contracted hotels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and performance evaluations with partners.
- Handle escalations related to rates, availability, and contractual issues.
- Understand the rate loading in the B2B system
Kualifikasi
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Skill & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel contracting, wholesale travel, tour operations, or hospitality sales.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Proven experience handling static and dynamic hotel contracts.
- Experience working with hotel partners, hotel chains, and independent properties.
- Familiarity with channel managers, extranets, or direct connectivity systems.
- Experience in domestic and/or international markets, preferably within Asia.
