Content Strategist (Based in Medan)

What you should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content production/social media specialist or related role (incl. project).
• Skilled in editing short-form videos using CapCut, creating engaging and polished content for ads and more.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design and copywriting, with the ability to review and ensure content quality.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Experienced in proofreading, editing, and maintaining content accuracy across platforms.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring error-free and high-quality content.
• Creative and strategic thinker, developing content ideas aligned with company goals.
• Strong communication skills, providing clear feedback and direction.
• Capable of guiding and supporting the content team through ideation and review.
