Responsibilities
- Develop content & digital strategies aligned with client goals
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior content team members
- Write copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, and newsletters
- Analyze performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Present editorial plans and reports to clients
- Develop mood boards for photoshoots & video shoots
- Collaborate with AE, design, and visual production teams
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media, content writing, or similar roles
- Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
