- Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends.
- Content Creation Oversight: Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to create high-quality content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Brand Voice and Messaging: Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values.
- Audience Research: Conduct thorough audience research to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors, and tailor content strategies accordingly.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO, user engagement, and conversion, leveraging keyword research, analytics, and best practices.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and others, and use insights to refine content strategies.
- Stay Updated: Keep updated with the industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content distribution channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
