About the Role

As a Content Specialist Intern, you’ll support the content and social media team in developing ideas, crafting content, and ensuring brand messages are delivered effectively across digital platforms. You’ll learn how strategy, creativity, and trends come together to create engaging content for various brands.

Job Description

Assist in developing content ideas and monthly content planning
Support content research (trends, audience insights, competitors)
Write captions, scripts, and basic content copy for social media
Help prepare content briefs for design and production teams
Coordinate with creative, ads, and strategy teams for content execution
Monitor content performance and assist in simple reporting
Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across platforms

Kualifikasi

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate (Communication, Marketing, DKV, or related field)
Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and content creation
Good writing and storytelling skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, creative, and open to feedback
