Content Specialist

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns, including content types, writing styles, and topic selection.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging and informative content such as articles, blogs, e-books, infographics, and video content to attract audiences and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Content Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and generate performance reports across multiple platforms.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, graphic designers, and marketing departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering brand messages.
  • Content Calendar Planning: Develop content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns and current trends to maintain consistency and content flow.

Social Media Officer

  • Social Media Account Management: Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn — covering content planning, scheduling, and daily posting.
  • Audience Engagement: Communicate and engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages to build positive relationships with the audience.
  • Monitoring & Reporting Social Media Performance: Use social media analytics to track content performance, engagement rates, and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Analyze social media trends and monitor competitor activities to ensure relevance and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Kualifikasi

  • Creative & Strategic Writing: Able to produce engaging, brand-aligned content across various formats (articles, blogs, copywriting).
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Strong research abilities on relevant topics, audience insights, and industry trends. Skilled in using tools like Google Analytics for content evaluation and optimization.
  • Time Management & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Effective in working with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content alignment with campaigns.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficient across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and up-to-date with algorithms and optimization techniques.
  • Copywriting: Skilled in crafting compelling, concise captions tailored to brand tone and audience engagement.
  • Visual Creativity: Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
  • Community Management: Capable of building, maintaining, and growing online communities through active and positive engagement.
  • Data-Driven: Experienced in using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics) to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Awareness: Always updated on the latest digital and social media trends and strategies.
  • Branding Understanding: Strong ability to deliver brand messages consistently through all content.
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinker with solutions-oriented approach in content production and distribution.
  • Proactive & Adaptive: Eager to explore new content ideas and quick to adjust to changing trends and strategies.
