About the Role
We are looking for a Content Creator to elevate the digital presence of Kompetisi Futsal Indonesia.
This role is not just about producing content—it’s about shaping how futsal is experienced digitally. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building narratives around the league, and ensuring our social media grows with clear direction and purpose.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, confident on camera, and understands how to turn moments into content that people actually care about.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Direction
- Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for futsal audiences
- Translate matches, players, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling stories
- Maintain a structured and consistent content calendar
Content Creation (Hands-On)
- Create short-form, engaging content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Act as on-camera talent when needed (interviews, hosting, matchday content)
- Capture and produce content during matches, activations, and key events
Social Media Growth
- Manage and grow KFI’s futsal-related social media platforms
- Identify trends and adapt them into relevant, timely content
- Build stronger engagement with futsal communities and fans
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with League Operations, Activation, and Commercial teams
- Coordinate content needs for sponsors, partners, and campaigns
- Ensure fast and high-quality execution in a dynamic environment
Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance (views, engagement, growth)
- Generate insights and continuously refine content approach
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation / social media (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome)
- Strong ability in content ideation, storytelling, and execution
- Confident on-camera presence and communication skills
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
- Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Passion for sports (futsal/football is a strong plus)
- Able to work in fast-paced, on-ground environments (including match days)
- Strong ownership mindset—you create content, not wait for it
