We are seeking a dedicated and highly driven Content Production Specialist who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You must embody optimism, positivity, and total commitment, consistently striving for next-level innovation and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead with purpose in managing video content production, including set design, props, wardrobe, lighting, camera setup, and other necessary equipment.
- Demonstrate integrity in action by effectively managing production processes from pre-production through filming, ensuring alignment with creative concepts.
- Collaborate positively and proactively with the Head of Creative and other team members to consistently meet and exceed high production standards.
- Ensure filming sessions run smoothly, efficiently, and adhere strictly to project deadlines, emphasizing total commitment.
- Innovatively organize and oversee production logistics, including schedules, locations, props, equipment, and resources to deliver meaningful impact.
- Maintain and manage production equipment meticulously, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in video production or content creation.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, lighting setups, camera operation, props management, and set design.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and consistently deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes demonstrating total commitment.
- Strong communication skills, able to inspire and uplift team members, thriving under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Basic proficiency in camera operation and lighting setups is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, driven by achieving meaningful impact and consistently pursuing next-level innovation.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Jakarta Barat.
