  2. Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production team members to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project goals.

Talent Management

  1. Identify and work with on-screen talent, hosts, and influencers to enhance program appeal.
  2. Facilitate casting, rehearsals, and performance coaching when necessary.

Video Optimization

  1. Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes and best practices to maximize video performance.
  2. Implement SEO strategies, metadata optimization, and thumbnail design to increase visibility.

Audience Engagement

  1. Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, engaging with viewers, and soliciting feedback.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote YouTube programs across various social media platforms.

Analytics and Reporting

  1. Analyze YouTube analytics and viewer data to track program performance.
  2. Develop strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement metrics.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a television producer, with a focus on entertainment, reality, or lifestyle programming.
  3. Proven track record of successful YouTube program production with a substantial subscriber base.
  4. Strong understanding of YouTube's content guidelines, monetization policies, and copyright issues.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
