Content Ideation: Design and generate innovative content ideas relevant to the esports world, including videos, articles, blog posts, podcasts, vlogs, and more.
Multimedia Content Production: Create, edit, and blend multimedia content such as videos, images, and audio to produce compelling and captivating content.
Esports Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in the esports industry, popular games, and renowned players to create timely and relevant content.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for discoverability on online platforms and search engines by implementing appropriate SEO strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, esports players, and management teams to ensure content aligns with brand vision and business objectives.
Social Media Content Management: Handle social media accounts, plan, and schedule consistent content postings.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze content performance to understand audience engagement, participation, and impact on the brand.
Content Enhancement: Continuously update and improve content based on feedback and analytical insights.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as Journalism, Communication, or Multimedia.
In-depth knowledge of the esports industry, popular games, and emerging trends.
Proficiency in writing and speaking in an effective and engaging manner.
Expertise in using video editing, graphics, and content production tools.
Experience in managing social media and streaming platforms.
Strong creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
