Marketing Communications Execution (70%)
- Along with the strategist team, manage the implementation of content communications strategies for Social Media account.
- Produce and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).
- Optimize the Social Media full feature in order to reach business objective
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Stay updated on trending challenges, effects, and formats within the community.
Team Support (30%)
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to the stakeholders within ecosystem
- Respond to program needs and provide strategic communications feedback to advance projects’ impacts;
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience as a TikTok creator, consistently producing engaging content and building a following on the platform.
- Excellent hosting and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain viewers in a live setting.
- Proficiency in using TikTok's features, including live broadcasting, effects, filters, and interactive features.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and community preferences to create relevant and captivating content.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with viewers and respond to comments effectively.
- Ability to think on your feet, adapt to unexpected situations, and maintain a positive and engaging demeanor during live broadcasts.
- Familiarity with social media etiquette, including community guidelines, privacy policies, and copyright laws.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics to enhance the visual appeal of your live sessions.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedule live sessions at peak viewing times for maximum audience engagement.
- Passion for entertaining and engaging with an online audience, along with the drive to continuously improve your hosting skills and content creation abilities.
