Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What would you do:
- Leading a team of content creators and overseeing content creation for the brand.
- Create content scripts for the execution based on current trends and align them with the brand's communication value and its promotion.
- Monitoring both brand results and sentiment as well as the competitors' ideas for the next improvement and initiating the new content idea.
- Writing, editing, and publishing the content with correct copywriting, CTA, and high-level creativity.
- Working closely with the Brand Director, E-commerce team, Creative Team, and related positions that align with brand marketing and sales objectives.
- Together with the team to create and update content based on the brand's needs
Kualifikasi
Working arrangement and placement:
- Willing to be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta with full WFO work mechanism (Mon-Fri).
What are We looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as Social Media Specialist or Content Creator for at least 3-5 years in a relevant industry.
- Advanced writing and editing skills especially content-creating process and execution.
- Ability to come up with creative ideas, and detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, ads booster.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and management skills also having the ability to solve problems swiftly
