Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop a social media content plan that is consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Create consistent and meaningful content across all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, increasing customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
- Manage high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
- Able to operate analytical tools such as Google Analytics & Tiktok Shop Seller Center, to monitor and evaluate company social media presence and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations for customizing social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Have experience as a content creator in Women's Fashion industry for at least 2 years.
- Social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytical software.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
