Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create engaging and high-quality content for the brand's social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Instagram.
Develop creative concepts and produce 6–10 content scripts per day based on current trends, campaign objectives, and business needs.
Plan, shoot, and coordinate short-form video content that effectively showcases beauty and skincare products.
Manage daily social media content operations, ensuring consistent content quality and posting schedules.Monitor social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
Analyze content performance, audience engagement, and competitor strategies, then provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams to execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends and social media best practices to maximize content performance.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Experienced in creating short-form video content, from ideation and scripting to execution.Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
