Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Produce creative photo and video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the brand's voice and engage target audiences.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content ideas.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute digital campaigns.
Analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend improvements.
Cover company events and create behind-the-scenes content when needed.
Ensure all published content is consistent with brand identity and guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Proficient in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Able to create engaging photo and video content independently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance metrics is a plus.
