Role Description : The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communication channels. The Content Creator will collaborate with marketing, academic, and community engagement teams to translate ideas and initiatives into clear, appealing visual and written materials. Daily tasks include brainstorming campaign concepts, developing content calendars, creating multimedia content (such as graphics, short videos, and copy), and monitoring content performance to refine future output. The role also involves staying current with trends in education, technology, and digital media to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, articles, and campaign copy.
- Basic to intermediate skills in visual and multimedia production, such as graphic design, simple video editing, or content layout.
- Familiarity with social media management, content scheduling, and performance tracking using relevant tools and platforms.
- Strong research skills to understand audiences, education trends, and digital media best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.Interest in or experience with education, technology, or community development is an advantage.
