Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible to strategy and planning content digital marketing
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including concept, execution, editing video and writing to improve customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Support marketing department at live and online events
- Fluent in optimizing social media strategies such as Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc
- Fluent in using photo / video tools and editing apps / software
- Creative, innovative and experience in copywriting
- Up-to-date with digital and fashion trend
- Experience in social media management, fashion industry and videography skill would be an advantage
- Becoming talent for daily content
- Becoming live host for streaming sessions
- Creative & innovative
Kualifikasi
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a content creator
- Have the ability to create strong and engaging content
- Be confident in front of the camera
- Expert in using content management systems and analytics software
- Ability to write, proofreading, detail-oriented, and have good time management and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge regarding analytical platforms
- Up to date with social media platforms and has an interest in the fashion sector
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Sharp eyes for aesthetics
- Have basic skills in photo and video editing
- Have a growth mindset and easily adapt to changes that occur
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and tight work timelines
