Pentone is a leading provider of premium wedding invitations based in Semarang.
This position is suitable for early-career content creators who are passionate about crafting compelling stories and excited to keep learning—because at Pentone, we believe: we don't just create, we inspire, we connect, and put stories first, every word of the way.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content by:
- Ensuring 100% of footage is edit-ready in terms of lighting, framing, and audio quality.
- Creating and editing videos that meet a Quality Score (QS) of ≥35 and feature a compelling hook within the first ≤3 seconds.
- Proactively proposing at least 2 new trending content ideas per week.
- Uploading videos according to prime time and platform-specific formats (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Updating performance sheets weekly, documenting hook and format experiments for continuous optimization.
Kualifikasi
To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in mobile videography (lighting, framing).
- Advanced CapCut editing skills.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
- Strong storytelling and concise copywriting abilities for captions and hooks.
- Data-driven and self-learning approach, capable of analyzing insights for experimentation.
