We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content & Social Media Specialist to elevate Lazy Pajamas’ digital presence. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, staying ahead of social media trends, and translating our brand identity into visually compelling and high-performing content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platform trends into relevant content ideas
- Plan and manage content calendars and social media daily activities ensuring consistency in posting and messaging
- Support campaign shoots, including content direction and on-site execution
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights (views, engagement, conversions)
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends and algorithms
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for content creation when needed
- Good visual sense (composition, lighting, storytelling)
- Well organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
