Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and share content that encourages interaction and captures user interest, with the ultimate goal of driving inquiries or conversions.
- Monitor engagement metrics to assess the performance of lead-generation efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram), content marketing, influencer partnerships, and more.
- Explore and experiment with emerging trends (e.g., reels, stories, challenges) to boost reach and visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to organically grow followers and build brand presence across all social media platforms.
- Translate the content in local languages like blogs etc.
- Involve in specific marketing initiatives and projects.
Kualifikasi
- Final year university student or Fresh Graduate, majoring in Marketing and Communications, Economy or Business, or other related major.
- Able to do an internship at least for 6 months duration.
- Active on social media and familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Excellent skills in photo and video editing using Canva and CapCut (Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop is a plus).
- Ability to create visually appealing designs with a good sense of aesthetics.
- Basic copywriting skills for social media captions and short-form contents.
- Confident to act as talent in videos when needed.
- Passion for content creation.
- Excellent storytelling skills to create engaging content.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Experience as a graphic designer, video editor, content creator, or social media specialist is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Highly creative and able to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain content quality.
- Able and willing to work hybrid (combination of work remotely and from office).
