- Creating and uploading content (both photos and videos) to provide informative and engaging information that captures the interest of customers.
- Enhancing engagement by promptly responding to questions and interactions from customers.
- Approaching and managing data or profiles related to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for consideration in partnership decisions.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
- Managing administrative tasks and reports related to community activities to ensure organized records and accountability.
- Assisting in the creation of administrative documents to support operational smoothness within the department.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Communication, or Design Communication Visual (DKV), or a recent graduate.
- Previous internship experience or up to 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Intern is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic photo and video editing tools such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, content ideation, and copywriting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
