Role Overview
The Creative Strategist Manager drives the development of creative campaigns and content ideas that are both engaging and effective. This role connects creative thinking with media planning and business needs, ensuring ideas are not only compelling but also executable and impactful.
You will work within the Emtek Digital team and collaborate closely across the broader Emtek ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Campaign & Idea Development
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas tailored to client needs, leveraging Emtek Digital’s media assets and platforms to create relevant and impactful executions.
Insight & Opportunity Identification
- Translate market trends, audience behavior, and campaign data into practical insights that strengthen ideas and improve performance.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to shape proposals and ensure smooth execution. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Emtek ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, media, advertising, or content marketing
- Familiar with platforms and publishers’ ad inventories.
- Strong in conceptual thinking with a good understanding of media planning and execution
- Comfortable balancing creative ideas with data and business needs
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions and entities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially working with Sales and Pricing teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
