Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

  • Stay updated on all necessary information for online customer services and continuously enhance product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Develop a strategy to effectively communicate product information to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze and address customer inquiries and concerns in online services promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer product and treatment needs and utilize persuasive communication to drive transactions and achieve sales targets.
  • Escalate conflicts beyond the Contact Center's scope to relevant departments or leadership for proper resolution, ensuring effective handling of customer complaints and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote operational excellence and collaboration.
  • Disseminate information about promotions, products, or treatments to customers through various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Email) to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Ensure that facilities and equipment for online services are well-prepared and maintained to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Record every consultation conducted through the Contact Center to capture customer conversations and consultations for reference and quality assurance purposes.


Does it match your criteria?

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, with preference for Communication or Management.
  • Entry-level position with 0-1 year of experience in Contact Center Area. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and complaint handling procedures.
