Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the development and implementation of organizational strategies focusing on the innovation process
- Analyze the potential of new projects, applications and processes, and advise on incorporating them into the business
- Manage the design of new products and services, researching trends, and market opportunities
- Oversee the development of prototypes, examining them for quality, and accuracy
- Monitor progress, coordinate resources throughout the innovation process
- Ensure the innovation process positions the products and services to remain competitive in the market
- Analyze performance data of the innovation process to identify areas of improvement
- Utilize financial models and develop strategies within budget limits
- Monitor and assess business models, technologies, and trends to identify potential opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and/or innovation management in Personal Care area is preferably
- Strong understanding of the innovation processes and ability to implement them
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and develop plans that bring innovation to reality
- Experience in market assessment and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects
- Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
- Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Shows agility in adapt with new technology
- Shows some skills in developing basic financial evaluation
