Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine research methodologies to ensure the collection of high-quality data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into product features and enhancements, present findings and recommendations to related teams.

Kualifikasi

  1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in science related major: chemistry, chemical engineering, food science, pharmacy, biology, etc.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in consumer and technical insights within the FMCG industry is a plus.
  3. Experience in consumer research, ideation, insights generation, claims support, technical communications, and product prototyping.
  4. Proficient in English, especially in engaging with resources outside of Indonesia.
