Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Deliver actionable insights to influence key business decisions through clear and impactful communication.
- Lead Consumer Research Initiatives and oversee the design, execution, & analysis of comprehensive consumer research projects.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and synthesize insights from multiple data sources to deliver nuanced perspectives on consumer behavior and market trends.
- Integrate insights across different departments within Paragon to ensure a holistic understanding of market dynamics
- Provide foresight and strategic insights within specific brand categories, contributing to key decisions on product formulas, market segmentation, and positioning
- Manage Executive Stakeholder Engagement and Present data-driven findings & recommendations to senior leadership, securing buy-in from VPs and EVPs
- Stay at the forefront of consumer behavior trends, emerging research methodologies, and industry developments to foresight the trend and drive ongoing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Preferably has 1-2 years of experience in CMI in FMCG or beauty industry and Market Research consultants are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights
- Good problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to think critically and systematically
- Proficient in data visualization skills
