Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring dan mengelola proyek
- Membuat perencanaan kegiatan operasional pelaksanaan proyek berupa metode kerja, schedule pekerjaan proyek dan sistem pelaksanaan bersama tim
- Menyusun dan mengelola forecast proyek bersama tim
- Memberikan instruksi kerja dan pengarahan kepada supervisor dalam menunjang pelaksanaan proyek
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap keseluruhan proyek atas instruksi-instruksi yang sudah diberikan
- Menyusun laporan mingguan proyek yang berjalan
- Membantu dan memberikan petunjuk kepada tim di lapangan dalam mencari pemecahan-pemecahan atas permasalahan yang timbul dan mengkoordinasikannya dengan Project Manager
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
- Memiliki pengalaman di pekerjaan konstruksi
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Ms. Project (atau sejenis), dan Ms. Office (atau sejenis).
- Dapat membaca dan memahami gambar konstruksi dan schedule proyek (Kurva-s)
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan manajemen yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat bekerja di dalam tim maupun secara individu
- Memiliki daya analisis yang tinggi dan problem solving yang baik
- Bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas tinggi
- Mampu mengambil keputusan dengan tegas, cepat, dan taktis.
