Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and deploy computer vision and AI-based software for manufacturing inspection, measurement, and monitoring systems.
- Develop, train, test, and optimize vision algorithms and models for real-time and offline applications.
- Conduct system validation, debugging, and performance tuning of vision systems and machine software.
- Integrate cameras, vision hardware, and automation systems into production lines.
- Support system commissioning, modification, and continuous improvement activities on the production floor.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Automation, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve process capability, quality control, and system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in manufacturing, automation, and industrial environments.
- Familiar with AI, Computer Vision, machine learning concepts, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience from projects, internships, or campus engineering activities is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to communicate in English at a basic conversational level.
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority.
- Willing to travel to multiple sites within Pratama Group (mostly placed in Serpong).
