Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Ensure all products comply with applicable regulations by securing necessary licenses and certifications, managing product registration through to approval, and monitoring license validity and timely renewals. Oversee label compliance, review technical documentation and product claims, and coordinate with principals and internal teams to maintain regulatory standards. Act as the PIC during audits and inspections, monitor regulatory updates, maintain an up-to-date licensing database, provide team guidance, and proactively identify compliance risks along with preventive solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Female candidates are preferred, maximum age: 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist (Apothecary), Public Health, Biology, Chemistry, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product regulatory/compliance (BPOM, PKRT, SNI, Postel).
- Strong understanding of product registration and licensing processes in Indonesia.
- Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for product distribution in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using OSS and other relevant licensing platforms.
- Good understanding of product labeling and claims regulations.
- Strong analytical skills in reviewing regulations and legal/technical documents.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in leading a team is preferred.
- Proficient in English (at least passive proficiency).
