Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant financial and payment system regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant regulatory bodies (Bank Indonesia, PPATK, etc.) maintaining alignment with compliance requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures (SOPs), ensuring they align with current regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
- Guide teams on compliance matters, with support for developing training materials to foster a strong compliance culture if needed.
- Implement Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes to verify customer and partner identities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage systems to monitor transactions, identifying and reporting suspicious activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as compliance.
- Must have experience working in financial services, financial technology (fintech), or banking.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial, payment, and fintech laws & regulations, including AML-CFT regulations and Bank Indonesia’s requirements.
- Experience handling regulatory submissions, inspections, and communication with authorities.
- Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs, particularly around CDD, KYB, and AML-CFT.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, guiding them on compliance requirements.
- Relevant certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
