Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist the creation regulatory reporting to the regulator (OJK);
Support and provide regulator advices and related-supports to others Department and Division according to the policies and regulations of regulatory agencies such as OJK/AFPI, conduct research, and suggestions on relevant laws;
Timely follow up the regulatory emails, especially the compliance handling of complaints;
Assist the relevant work of other departments to accurately meet the regulatory requirements;
Support and assist the develop a professional network and influence within the applicable associations and regulators.

Kualifikasi

Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law or any related major (Fresh Graduate are welcome);
Fluent in both oral and written English;
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Good knowledge of and familiarity with corporate and commercial law, employment, and data protection law considered an asset;
Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills;
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
