Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menangani keluhan, pertanyaan, dan komplain dari pelanggan akhir layanan laundry
- Menangani mitra outlet laundry (troubleshooting operasional, follow-up, visitasi)
- Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan mitra outlet
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional internal
- Melakukan after sales follow-up secara berkala
Kualifikasi
- Pria/Wanita, maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman di Customer Service atau After Sales / Handling Mitra minimal 1 tahun
- Diutamakan berpengalaman di industri laundry, franchise, atau manajemen outlet
- Komunikatif, solutif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target
- Menguasai Microsoft Office & tools chat support
