The Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees in a fast-paced e-grocery environment. This role ensures internal equity, market competitiveness, cost efficiency, and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
As a Compensation & Benefit Officer, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Support the development and administration of salary structures, job grading, and pay ranges for corporate, warehouse, and operational roles
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), allowances, and other company benefits
- Coordinate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding benefits enrollment, claims, and renewals
- Support benefits communication to employees, including onboarding and policy updates
- Monitor benefits utilization and recommend improvements based on employee needs and cost effectiveness
- Prepare payroll-related data such as salary changes, allowances, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Support audits related to payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits documentation
- Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS accurately
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
- Provide clear explanations of compensation components, benefits coverage, and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or Payroll
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, startup, or fast-growing companies is an advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and HRIS systems
- Good understanding of labor laws, BPJS, and payroll components
- Detail-oriented, structured, and confidential in handling employee data
- Experience handling large operational headcounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
