  • Responsible for end-to-end offering process for new employees in all business units (Corporate Office and Unit Hospital)
  • Responsible for analyzing compensation and benefits for new employees based on policy and procedures 
  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package to align with the company’s strategy and business goals

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management / etc. from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Recruitment Officer / Compensation and Benefits Analyst
  • Must have experience in salary negotiation with new employees
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Eager to learn and highly organized
  • Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
