Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support product launch planning from concept to execution, including positioning, pricing, and communication strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure consistent product messaging across platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as product decks, training kits, and campaign briefs.
- Monitor product performance post-launch (sales, feedback, reviews, and social sentiment).
- Coordinate with KOL, PR, and community teams to ensure cohesive product promotion.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product availability and timely launch.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product marketing or brand management (preferably in beauty/FMCG).
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and beauty trends Analytical and detail- oriented, with a creative mindset.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Passionate about cosmetics and product storytelling.
