Our healthcare client has project to run Digital Innovation Challenge Season with series of activities to build awareness, strong engagements, and hype. We are looking a dynamic Community Program and Partnership Specialist who is willing to take up the challenge:
- Develop creative ideas for program development of Digital Innovation Challenge and Engagement
- Develop collaboration ideas with internal and external partners or stakeholders from the program
- Execute campaign and marketing strategies to elevate participant engagements through events and partnerships
- Manage smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for program execution
- Manage post-event evaluation after program execution for its improvement and reporting for relevant stakeholders
- Establish relationships, negotiate, secure, and maintain the partnerships with key business and community partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor degree with any major/educational background with a strong understanding of communication and partnerships
- 3 years of working experience related to community events or have worked with incubators or digital ecosystem
- Experience in developing events with creative ideas and collaboration
- Outstanding in communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong in presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong in empathy and people skills
- Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- A Sense of initiative and mature judgment is a plus.
