Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Grow MaenYo! community channel
  • Build positive relationship and manage engagement activity on community channel
  • Initiative in creating organic marketing activities focused on business enhancement.
  • Respond to comments and player queries that related to MaenYo! on owned channel or external channel
  • Analyze and reporting social media and community metrics and trends
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the players and communicate it to the developers
  • Organize and support community related activity such as offline and online events, tournaments, and promotions for the game

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of D3/S1 degree in a relevant field
  • At least one year of experience as a community manager or a similar role, or fresh graduates with internship experience in the same field are welcome to apply
  • Confident and excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing social media platform or community channels
  • Ability to engage with the community both online and offline
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics
  • Ability to plan and execute community initiatives and events that help boost brand awareness and loyalty among the target audience
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Have a user-first mindset
  • Goal-oriented and growth-driven
  • Able to act quickly to seize opportunities or resolve issues
