- Develop programs to boost brand engagement, aligning with goals and KPIs.
- Create guidelines for community and partnership members to promote the product.

- Maintain relationships with internal and external parties for operational excellence.
- Monitor engagement metrics and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Review activities, analyze trends, and benchmark to ensure engagement and meet targets, providing improvement recommendations.
- Ensure member activities align with guidelines.

Kualifikasi

- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in community management.
- Strong knowledge in community development.
