- Stay informed on current trends to support the preparation of materials for community management activities.
- Develop community programs and activities to increase engagement among community members with the brand, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Create and communicate guidelines for community and partnership members to promote the product and interact within the community.
- Promote the community by creating content related to activities, aiming to increase the number of community members.
- Maintain good relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor community engagement metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of community programs and activities.
- Conduct reviews of past activities, trend analysis, and benchmarking to ensure community activities are engaging and meet targets.
- Prepare regular reports on community performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure community members' activities in interacting or promoting the product align with applicable guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in community management.
- Strong knowledge in community development.
- Interest in the beauty industry.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, Community Management, Event Management, and Copywriting
